J-FOODのコーナーでは、東京オリンピック・パラリンピックの期間中、東京・有明には「ホストタウンハウス」という施設が設置され、世界各国の人々が文化交流を図ります。そこで提供されるのが、ホストタウンをつとめる自治体と相手国の食材を組み合わせたコラボレーション料理です。本番まで１年を切り行われたプレイベントの様子を伝えます。
